As the overall management of your agency becomes more complex, and as the financial outcomes become tighter, it is critical to have information at hand that can provide direction and guidance. One such method is to utilize dashboards and benchmarks as the standard to compare your agency’s performance. This session will focus on the importance of utilizing benchmark standards to compare your agency against, and will bring forth examples of how they can be used effectively.
Objectives: To provide the participants education on:
- Defining what a dashboard and/or benchmark standards are (and are not).
- What are some of the important benchmarks that should be included in your dashboard.
- The importance of utilizing a dashboard and benchmark standards.
